      Great online teaching from home

      Pros

      I recently shifted to a new state and had to quit my classroom teaching job. Elevate K-12 allowed me to continue teaching despite not physically being in a classroom. The systems, support, people, curriculum are all high quality.

      Cons

      Sometimes the tech doesn’t work, but there is always our manager or the tech support to help us out.

      Pros

      They provide you with all the resources needed to teach. They also check how you are doing and help with better teaching along the way. It is unique that they don’t just leave a teacher and student but are constantly checking quality and giving feedback. I like having a coach who is helping me. Everyone here is so super helpful and really cares. Right from recruitment to teaching and more.

      Nothing really. This company’s methods, culture and systems are spot on.

      Pros

      I have worked in several great companies before and the one thing that sets Elevate K-12 apart is the culture here. People are extremely smart, extremely passionate and are able to disagree effectively and still come to a conclusion. Also, I get to work with the other offices of the company outside of the US and it really helps me understand different cultures.

      Cons

      None really. Everyone works very hard here. Not for everyone.
