      *Student-centered lessons *Emphasis on diversity and inclusion *Work/life balance *Great student/teacher relationships

      Cons

      *Technology can be glitchy but they have great tech people who get right on it. *As an English teacher I find myself working beyond the 20-30% which means I don't get paid for that time. *A lot of observations which can be bad for morale.

      Working from home was one of my goals after retirement and Elevate made it happen. Teach my students around the nation is wonderful. Keep in touch with them daily is a great adventure and a great opportunity to focused them in their bright future. Working from home Keep doing what I love Flexible schedules Great support from admins and teachers fellow Strong teachers-students relation thru the camera

      Part time job - just for a second job No income during breaks (fall, winter, spring and summer).
