      * Good work in product development * Will learn lots of things as the team is small and you will have to do almost all things by your own. * Pay scale * No work pressure * Work life balance * Team bonding program- Quarterly Parties, Annual Party

      * No learning and training program * No medical insurance for parents * No proper appraisal cycle * No bonus

      BAD Place to work - Lot of favouritism

      Pros

      Work from home but based on prior notice to manager. After his apporval then only it is allowed Flexible timings.

      Cons

      Product Development division has bad working environment, Favouritism in giving increment/ opportunities. People indulge in more politics then work or helping others. No learning . Lack of facility You can't think of staying for long in this company.Favorites are retain other are shown doors. Good work doesn't speak for you. Only if have good rapport with your senior , you will succeed in this company. No recreational activities only work. Increment are delayed and are at below par Percentage
