Pros
I have been in Elevate for approximately an year and trust me, it has been and amazing experience. Pros: 1)Complete WFH 2) No micro management 3) My manager trust me and gives me free hand 4) Transparent policies 5) Work life balance 6) Opportunity to work on multiple domain/project
Cons
1)Elevate can improve on referrals, good candidate is missed due to internal undicicivness. 2) A joining kit/goodie can be a good way to start an employees journey 3) Similar to C-sat surveys there should be E-sat as well, where in organisation is taking anonymous inputs/feedback from employees, and this should be taken seriously as we do it for C-sat.
