Nothing best about this company

Cons

1. No growth 2. Overtime almost everyday without any extra pay. 3. Managers are not skilled 4. One manager forced us to work for straight 20 hours. 5. The review is for the chandigarh office. 6. Management and the HR creates policies as they wish. 7. No work life balance. 8. Working on weekends is a trend. 9. No incentives 10. Worst work environment
