      Office politics Unclear Goals and Strategies Loyalty is rewarded over Competency Unsupportive Management (Finance!) Managers are incompetent specifically Elaine Uy. (I am not even going to hire her as a receptionist, sayang lang payroll sayo ate girl) P.S A lot of people already resigned because of her poor management and incompetency. Please always reevaluate your people, Elevate.
