      1. Permanent remote option is there. 2. Work life balance. 3. Work quality is good in product department. Also the process is pretty much streamlined and well maintained. 4. Leadership is good, focussed and respect personal space. 5. Seniors are supportive overall.

      Cons

      1. Few colleagues and seniors are unable to welcome new resources. 2. Mediclaim is basic. Topup options and inclusion of parents with extra payment would be very helpful. 3. Company doesn't sponsor occasional office visit (mandatory) a few times a year in case of remote position.
