      Pros

      An organization which involves a work- life balance. Balance of productivity, relaxation and meaningful progress toward goals. Along with this all peers and higher management are so helpful and cooperative.

      Cons

      To me due to the work from home culture, there is less face to face interactions with people which, I guess is not so good with my job role, rest all good as now a days people prefer WFH culture. :)
