      - Ability to work flexibly, where you are measured on outcomes and trusted to get on with the job without being micro managed! - Diversity and creativity is encouraged and celebrated - Great colleagues who are all about doing a good job for customers and being efficient

      Cons

      - Virtual working is BAU but for it's not for everyone. Some may miss office interaction. Elevate has WeWork global membership, so you need to co ordinate meeting your colleagues and everyone is spread globally!
