      Perfect work life balance, Entire staff is very supportive and friendly.

      You get to work with least technologies as a developer. Not recommended for freshers. Otherwise, Overall It is a very good organization.

      Pros

      Elevate offers a comprehensive range of software and services relevant to customers. When I meet with a customer, they generally have a need that Elevate serves. Our people are experts, tech-savvy, and service-oriented, so when customers work with our teams once, they typically come back to work with our solutions for other projects.

      Cons

      Sometimes our solutions require collaboration across multiple geographies or departments (what we call business units), which requires that I am the relationship glue to ensure the customer gets what they want.
