Great Law Firm; Management knows what it is doing

Pros

Elevate is great because it sidesteps all of the bs of the traditional law firm. I can work remotely, meet with clients on my own, and basically, work as my own boss.

Cons

You do sacrifice some pay from the big law firms, but it is well worth it for a better life.

- Management doesn't "hold your hand" - Need to be self-directed and ask for what is needed after training period - Changes in process or technology can be fast
