Pros

Elevate is a great organization that truly values its people. The work environment is professional yet supportive, and collaboration is a core part of the culture. The leadership team is approachable, open to ideas, and genuinely invested in employee growth. What I appreciate most is the emphasis on continuous learning and the opportunities to take on challenging, meaningful work. The company also encourages work-life balance and recognizes individual contributions. Overall, Elevate has provided me with an excellent platform to grow both personally and professionally. I’m proud to be part of a team that believes in empowering each other and driving impact together.

Cons

None significant — continuous improvement is always part of the culture.

Pros

The ONLY pros I can think is that you could login late in the morning if your work schedule allows. I would have to think twice or endlessly of any other Pros.

Cons

1. It's NOT a GREAT PLACE TO WORK. Not even close to being one. 2. Their business is to hire people without complete knowledge of whether this position should be filled by hiring another person and then firing without any prior notice. You forget that you will see any information written or verbal either by your reporting director or HR. In my experience of working with them for a couple of years (this was my bread and butter), I have seen them only fire people twice or thrice, to say the least (from my team and beyond). 3. Do NOT trust your reporting director(s), and most importantly, HRs. Your manager will schedule weekly team meetings, and soon, you will see you end up meeting your managers or being available on chat/messages until midnight. Meetings start with no end to when they end. Senior Managers/directors are good for nothing; the whole team should directly report to the VP/BU head to improve productivity. No clear directions are given by Directors/someone who has been part of Elevate for years. 4. I have seen the first company in my career which doesn't value its customers/clients. Elevate is full of who said what to whom, and that too at higher levels. Lastly, worst experience ever!!!

Pros

Nothing is good here except the work from home set up.

Cons

There are individuals in management who carry themselves as if they are untouchable and superior. They rarely listen to feedback or perspectives from employees they consider beneath them. This creates a toxic environment where collaboration and open dialogue are stifled. Instead of fostering teamwork, it feels like the focus is on feeding their own ego.
