      Worked for Elevate Chandigarh location. Management at Chandigarh location is very cooperative, supportive work environment is very comforting and good. Work life is balanced

      Work-Life balance is good, as there is little work in the product team

      Cons

      1. Delay in appraisal every year- Early appraisal only given to VP's Favorites 2. Politics from top to bottom. 3.Nothing to learn technically - Still using old tech stack in the product. 4. Hire and fire based on your work- Any day HR can call you and ask you to submits your office things and laptop and ask to leave with 2 months salary. 5. No personal growth 6. Company strength is around 1200 but out of that around 30 people are technical. 7. Have fired around 25% of people in the last 6 months P.S - If you don't have any other options or have any issue, Join on your own risk
