•Lack of professionalism •Lack of training yet forced to perform all job functions which is violation of company policy •Favoritism •RETALIATION •Unqualified management •Complaints and/or concerns never taken seriously by “management” •Overworking certain employees •Good employees never recognized •Hard work never recognized only friends of management •Management never present, forcing employees to run the lines and resolve any issues that may occur but then will take credit for success of operations •Management works together against any employee who reports any issues regarding company policies •Management never present on shift due to going home while on the clock, then showing back up right before shift change to present the image of being at work the entire shift •Personal and health information gossiped about by management to all employees •Physical threats allowed on other employees •Constant threats from supervision for denying requests they may have that aren’t required of job related •Poor guidance and training by supervision on company policies •Employee's word will never be believed over any supervisors word on any topic whether true or false •RETALIATION!!!
