Pros

Trauma bond with teammates caused close relationships.

Cons

Leadership is not good. PTO is only 2 days every six months and you can’t even roll it over. Leadership does not listen and will fire you just as quick as they hire you. If they call you for an interview, RUN. It is not worth the awful culture, low morale, very high turnover, leaders that don’t know anything and don’t listen, and don’t value your hard work. Go flip a burger instead, I’m sure you would feel more valued there.

Pros

The school schedule is great with all the breaks. The hours are also great because we don't stay open late. The student body is always changing so it never gets old.

Cons

Management has been there too long and nothing changes or gets better. They don't use our ideas or take our suggestions. They hire a lot of students who have limited schedules because they can pay them less. But it hurts the regular staff that has to train and deal with inexperience and excessive call offs.
