Pay is fantastic, the staff is great, and the work is fun

Cons

These bars and restaurants are corporate-owned, so if you're used to the "bar lifestyle" and other bent rules etc you probably won't find that here.

They offer you pay to reel you in through a temp agency then never get the agreed on salary unless you are relentless
