This was a great job and the management does actually care about you. My coworkers and manager were all wonderful to work with which made a world of a difference. I would recommend to anyone.

Early Days, Pay is Ok.

Cons

Off in the summer months. Client’s expectations at times are extreme. Company agrees to those extremities at any cost of their employees in the field. Company never has consistent resources yet reliable products.

Company trying to shift to a more modern company culture. Tightknit group despite little in-person interaction. Great ELT visibility. High levels of trust. Great teams of high level workers.

Cons

Weaker than average benefits, primarily 401K contribution matches. PTO allowance is okay, but not great.
