Worst experience I’ve ever had

Pros

Nice environment, nice work colleagues, a lot to learn if you are lucky

Cons

Bullies, a harassing manager shouting and belittling me all the time in front of customers, a thief french chef that tried to steal from me and used to steal from the company. I had to leave because the level of harassment was abismal and I was getting sick over it. I followed all the complaints process on the books and they didn’t take me seriously, I met very nice people there and friends for life but management were a joke. They made me re- label expired food and put in the shelf again on Monday. All sorts of dodgy stuff. Stay away if you can !

Worst company I have ever worked for

Can't say anything good about this terrible company.

Cons

The management is made out of incompetent bullies. They are super unprofessional and the way they talk to staff is unacceptable. Everyone is super fake and it's full of backstabbers. If you dare to speak your mind, they basically threaten you. They also lie to your face on various occasions. Your job description is basically a blur so they can force you to do things which aren't your duties. Super badly treated staff, if you are below an assistant manager level you are basically the punching bag of everyone higher up. Been complaining to HR and to our area manager about our site manager but we never even got a reply from any of them so we all just quit instead. 6 of us have left from this site in a few months because of this.
