Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for recognizing the friendly Co workers at your location. We appreciate hearing from current and former team members, as feedback like this helps us continue to evaluate how we support our providers and teams. We understand the importance of appropriate caseload expectations, supervisor support, opportunities for growth, and continued education, especially for interns and developing clinicians. Requirements regarding supervision, office engagement, and workload balance will be shared with leadership for further review. Thank you again for sharing your experience and suggestions.

Pros

Many employees are genuinely committed to doing their best and supporting the organization’s mission. Several teams have strong internal cultures, creating positive pockets within the company. The work itself contributes to meaningful outcomes, and staff can feel they are part of something beneficial to the community. Work–life boundaries are generally respected, with most employees able to leave on time and avoid a culture of excessive overtime. Experiences can vary by department, but having a supportive supervisor can make the day-to-day environment positive.

Cons

The organization operates with chronic understaffing, which places significant strain on non-clinical roles. Leadership consistency varies, and there’s a noticeable pattern of favoritism, especially involving individuals with personal ties to ownership. Rapid expansion continues despite major gaps in infrastructure and insufficient staffing to support growth. Some employees remain in roles without clear accountability or demonstrated fit. This contributes to a work culture where a small group of competent employees is left trying to manage ongoing operational issues. When concerns are raised, decisions often appear to be driven by preference rather than facts. Employees may find themselves navigating an unpredictable environment and feeling the need to tread carefully. Underperformance is frequently overlooked, while high performers experience burnout from taking on additional work without corresponding compensation or recognition. Many of the most dedicated employees feel their contributions go largely unnoticed. General feeling is they succeed despite decisions from the top down.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize that staffing levels, leadership structure, and consistently can significantly impact the day to day experience of a team, and we take concerns in these areas seriously. As a growing organization, we continually assess staffing needs, leadership practices, and accountability measures to better support both our clinical and non clinical teams. We strive to make decisions that are thoughtful, fair, and aligned with our mission, and we welcome constructive feedback as part of that ongoing process. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and wish you the best in your continued professional endeavors.
