      Nursing Field staff are compassionate, patient centered, knowledgeable and dedicated to the returning the patient to their baseline function and with knowledge to participate in their wellness. Autonomy with the support of other RNs for concerns and questions

      Cons

      No good management. They actually had a manager there taking all sorts of pills and causing chaos. No one ever stayed there long and everyone think they are the boss.
