Pros
This is a company ran by people with zero tower experience. Place is a joke at best and will get someone hurt with their practices. Training amounts to nothing, leadership is a joke and the everyday practices are down right comical. Take your experience elsewhere. They dont even pay enough to compete.

Management. Low pay. Horrible communication and planning.
