Pros

Ellevation has strong values and a strong mission that are present in the work. The DI team is a collaborative group in which everyone has a chance to grow and learn new concepts daily. Constant feedback, creativity, and innovation are all highly encouraged. The offices are also convenient, comfortable and fully stocked.

Cons

Busy back-to-school season stress dramatically offsets the reasonable hours the rest of the year. Cross-team collaboration was often a challenge.

Pros

I love being innovative and able to try new things. The company is always evolving and it's great to be part of it! I love my coworkers and the office environment.

Cons

Many remote employees can sometimes be challenging.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! Evolving and innovating are a big part of the experience at Ellevation. As you did mention, we do have a large remote team. We will continue to work on improving our collaboration and communication as a company so there are less challenges.
