Pros

We run our territory on our own, working with a dedicated Inside Account Specialist. Benefits are great, PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k

Cons

Not much to complain about. It's a super technical job. Depending on your territory, commission could be easily obtained, or take a while to build it up. Commission is typically paid on Accounts Receivable, so sometimes you have a great sales month, but won't see the commission until your customers make payment on invoices.
