Pros

The salary was alright as was the bonus, company benefits such as pension and healthcare where also quite good.

Cons

Don't get recognition unless your a management favourite, they do not appreciate or value the work and effort that staff put into their roles, managers don't do anything about staff members with no work to do when they could be helping others that are swamped because they care covering other peoples roles. Some departments are overloaded with work and nothing is done to help or to take stress off the employees. The latest HR Department is completely unapproachable, so you cant go to them about being stressed.

Pros

Growing company Very relaxed environment Good hours

Cons

Not very supportive of there staff Punish the hardest working staff and reward the layabouts and useless members of staff. No room for growth. Don't invest in the good members of staff!
