Not very supportive of there staff Punish the hardest working staff and reward the layabouts and useless members of staff. No room for growth. Don't invest in the good members of staff!

-Upper level management favoritism -Poor incentives to motivate employees to excel -Very far behind in company technology systems to enhance business procedures (they were still using fax machines in addition to email when I left in 2018). -There isn't a lot of excitement around what you do here, the subject matter is boring and upper level management lacks aiding in ways to make it fun. -Very difficult to move up, after 4 years I had only but a small promotion, I excelled but burned out towards my last days here and it showed. -C suite level execs are stuck in their ways and its dated. -This role is incredibly monotonous and burnout oriented.
