1. Work life - They'll make your work 9 am to 2 am. 2. No job security - they don't have any performance measurement guideline. People here steal credits for others work. And you'll be thrown out. 3. Working late nights is considered achievement. You'll see people compete for dropping message as late as possible to show that they worked that late.
