      Pros

      Work from home opportunity. Good colleagues - passionate about doing the best for our customers.

      Cons

      Lack of strong leadership and organization. Constant "flavor of the month" direction and priority changes. Culture of weekly layoffs, reorgs and new hires. Staffing is below required levels to avoid burnout.

      Pros

      Pleasant, capable co-workers below the mid and upper management levels. Some employees have the option to work from home.

      Cons

      Very chaotic environment. Much of the working day is spent attempting to deal with non-effective processes chosen by management. Frequent layoffs hurt morale and result in a lack of functional knowledge. Company lacks the ability to make smart products. Mid and upper management does not come from higher education and does not truly understand the products.

      Great coworkers. Mission of empowering students is solid. Ability to work from home when necessary.

      Money poured into creating the appearance of a vibrant, forward thinking company while RIFs are routinely used to compensate for a struggling vision.
