      Pros

      Ellucian provides technology solutions to higher education institutions worldwide. The India setup has been in existence for more than 2 decades and has been a critical part of the ecosystem of Ellucian.

      Cons

      The nature of work, accountability and responsibility of the teams in India has improved quite a bit over the last couple of years and the desire of all is that this situation continues to improve so that India becomes a strategic hub in the APAC region.

      Pros

      Employees still care about their product and who they support. Get to work remotely and use technology to attend meetings.

      Cons

      Corporate culture has changed so much and not in a good way. Too many experienced employees are let go and leave with no one to mentor people with less experience.
