Pros
I've been working at Ellucian for almost a year. So far so good. Definitely gratifying to work for an organization that has such a strong sense of purpose. There is lots of opportunity to make an impact. For the company being so established there is still a ton of opportunity in most departments for people to help drive change. Speaking of which...there has been a ton of change at the Senior Leadership level. The new CEO is great and she brings some well needed fresh perspective. We also have a very diverse Executive Leadership team which is nice to see. The people that work here are really welcoming & collaborative. As cliche as it sounds, there is a genuine passion & commitment that resonates throughout the workplace which is refreshing.
Cons
The pace is really fast and it could turn off some folks that aren't used to working in an environment that is both trying to transform the industry they support while also going through some internal transition.
