Pros
Really good people for the most part. I enjoy working with my colleagues. This is not a cut throat place. People are collaborative and will typically help you out. They do meaningful work and you can really feel like your work matters here.
Cons
Internal processes are often lacking, so you need good problem solving skills to get things done. Communication at an executive level needs work. Too many priorities create unnecessary risk.
