      Pros

      Serving higher education students to be successful. Good autonomy. Interesting tech projects. Team members that really want to do a great job. Moving towards a culture that amazes and attracts. New headquarters in Reston competes with any other high tech progressive company. Good salaries and benefits.

      Cons

      Not many, really. There are some office politics that will eventually get weeded out by the new culture but overall a great place to work.

      Pros

      Efficient Great communication Expectations I could expect were clearly set and followed Friendly and welcoming Professional Well staffed On-boarding portal well laid out and intuitive Pre-employment training portal setup to lead new hire without confusion Expectations for first couple weeks of employment are clear and leave little question.

      Cons

      Nothing negative to report. This experience exceeded expectations set by previous employers. HR concerned most concerned about my comfortable transition rather than their own time expense.

      Like a pair of hand-made shoes

      Weird title but think how comfy it is to slide into a pair of hand-made shoes. From a super easy and positive recruitment process; to inside 2-weeks I was feeling like I was part of a team that I had been with for years. Professional, open to new ideas, and working together as a team. Like a hand-made shoe it was simply extremely comfortable. Good people working together towards a common goal Clear vision of the future Management understands the current environment; doesn't sugar-coat challenges, and outlines clear strategies to overcome them Meaningful onboarding process The company embraces remote employees Good benefits
