      Pros

      A company with a great understand of it´s employees. The balance between work and personal life it´s amazing. You learn a lot and the benefits and pay are high value considering the Mexican general environment.

      Cons

      The LAC is still developing so the benefits and development it´s not yet at the level of the other COEs.
