      Pros

      I have had a great experience within my team. The collaboration and teamwork is stellar. My immediate management team has always had my back.

      Cons

      lack of promotions, high billable time is expected, not too fond of the current health care plans but we have some decent coverage.

      It's all about the people - the clients, the prospects and my colleagues! I appreciate working in a transparent environment where my teammates truly care about each other, our clients and our solutions. Throughout my years with the company, I've worked in three major areas - development, sales and professional services - and have enjoyed the challenges of each role. Though not every manager over the years has been strong, my managers over the last 5 years have exceeded my expectations in regard to support, goal setting and professional development. I truly love my job!
