This company has become a complete disaster since the latest merger. Process is broken. Nobody knows what is going on. Reviews are done by people who don't even know what their "peers" are doing. Executives create grand production employee projects to appear responsive while only adding more overhead and coercion. It seems just about everybody has left or is searching for a new job. There is a general feeling that this is yet again nothing more than a group of investors prepping the organization toward an exit strategy so they can extract their profits.
