      Pros

      Ellucian is a good company to work for, I enjoy my managers, the benefits are good and the overall atmosphere is great.

      Cons

      Ellucian does not have a lot of cons, but getting in contact with some departments are a bit of a task.

      Merger has left the company in shambles

      Pros

      Free soda. Very flexible scheduling. The few competent team members left are very good and passionate. Middle management will listen to you and have your back.

      Cons

      After a recent merger all benefits and salaries have been axed. Many of the most competent team members have bailed out on this sinking ship. Morale is at an all time low. Avoid at all costs!
