      Pros

      Has a start up feel and they are still figuring it out. This is not a con. Perhaps the people leaving the negative comments should look at their own performance rather than finding ways to point the finger at others for their 'horrible' experience.

      Cons

      Co-workers that are still hung up on the 'good old days' and have no idea what it is like to be in a modern day workforce.

      Pros

      The best part working at Ellucian are the employees and teams. The employees are so close and great friends that it just makes it a great place to go to each and every day.

      Cons

      Management is the biggest cons. Discrimination and harassment is done in HR and the management of the HR team and no one really investigates it but close their eyes.
