      Amazing company with balance on life and work. Well structured in USA and growing in other regions. Very focused on the segment, serious on solutions and the customer realtions.

      Cons

      Besides being an international company, is still focused on North America. Need to invest on specific solutions for new markets to grow faster than last year.

      Company culture is still transfroming. Company strategy and how employees fit into the strategy needs to be communicated.
