Cons
Terrible technology conservatism and narrow-mindedness in some areas of the business and customers. Thankfully, the application ecosystem is vast enough that you can generally ask to be focused on something more interesting if you get bogged-down. Level of transparency between higher management and employees is becoming less year on year
