Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you valued the flexible schedule, had a great relationship with your supervisor and coworkers, and found the HR team supportive - those are all things we strive to provide consistently. We understand your concern about using a personal vehicle. Unfortunately, this is a requirement of the position, however, we do offer mileage reimbursement to help offset the cost of travel. We hope this helps make the requirement more manageable for our team members. We truly appreciate your contributions during your time with us and wish you continued success in your career.

Pros

-Amazing flexibility (100% remote, you choose your schedule for home visits, encouraged to take time off) -Very independent and autonomous work -Benefits are good (lots of PTO, vacation, sick time, they pay half your annual deductible into an HSA, profit sharing, etc) -The company listens to employees and cares about them (supervisors and managers I worked with were really great, if you asked for something at the annual meetings with leadership they would listen and provide you with what you asked for really quickly) Overall highly recommend working here.

Cons

-The workload can be heavy and no breaks on being at capacity for numbers sake -Sometimes the families can be challenging and demanding -Not a ton of growth opportunities

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re so pleased to hear that you valued the flexibility, autonomy, and comprehensive benefits package we strive to offer our team. Supporting work-life balance and offering meaningful benefits are priorities for us, so it’s rewarding to know that made a positive impact during your time here. We also appreciate your honest feedback on the challenges. We recognize that the workload can be demanding at times, especially in a role where we’re committed to serving members with complex needs. Our leadership team continues to evaluate staffing ratios, tools, and supports to ensure we’re setting our teams up for success. You also touched on growth opportunities, and this is an area we continue to work on—particularly finding ways to support professional development even when traditional upward mobility is limited. Thank you for helping us see where we can continue to improve. We wish you all the best in your next chapter and truly appreciate your contributions while you were part of our team.
