      You make good money at Elsa.

      Cons

      They aren't straightforward about hours during orientation. I took this job because the hours fit the schedule with my family. Only to find out it's actually overtime every day and work every Saturday leaving me only 3hrs a day with my family and only one day to do anything with them.

      You are guaranteed 12 days off in the summer and winter they pay you to show up to work all holidays paid.

      Upper management is not the greatest, always have to walk on eggshells around them
