Good for a large company

Business Outlook

Pros

As with all large orgs, your day to day experience will largely depend on your immediate team and division. Generally safe to assume WLB and flexibility. High concentration of highly educated and competent colleagues.

Cons

Pay and benefits combined with consistent refusal to work towards any version of salary transparency. The WLB comes at the cost of subpar compensation. Promotions are extremely difficult to obtain, even for "high performers." This was the main factor that caused me to move on.
