Always downsizing

Pros

mostly great people. global peers and personalities. okay benefits, respectful of work life balance. good products that make a difference to its consumers.

Cons

no job security or growth opportunity. a slightly better chance if you are really good with only kissing up to upper management and treating peers and anyone not upper management as dirt. company is always downsizing and laying off US and other prominent country employees to leverage cheaper labor in even cheaper countries that have less employee protection.

Pros

The people are great and 100% remote work.

Cons

100% turnover rate of the incident response team in less than 1 year. Info Sec leadership appears helpful on the surface, but repeatedly makes poor decisions leading to low morale and burnout. Pay is not competitive roughly 30k less than other companies for the same role.
