Pros

See the world! World sales conference travels to a new continent each year. Close nit group who genuinely enjoy helping and teaching Work from home Great work life balance

Cons

Pay doesn't feel fair, you can manage 4x more revenue for the company and get paid the same in commission, Your commission rate goes down the more money you manage so it doesn't give you the incentive to maintain clients

Pros

Good work-life balance. Overall, co-workers are friendly. The benefits are fair.

Cons

Raise and promotion pay increases are extremely ungenerous. They are usually capped at a 10% increase. If you are offered a position, push for as much money as possible upfront.
