Company with lots of potential

Cons

Too much re-org and uncertainty. Lost a lot of really valuable colleagues.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow both horizontally and vertically.

Cons

Geographically dispersed management and cultural differences could create friction. Elsevier deserves credit for embracing virtual and remote work before Covid, but the cons to that included a lot of time shifting that could be very hard.
