Pros

Management are good are lying to you about future prospects and you will believe them.

Cons

Don't be like me and give them benefit of the doubt for 3 years. You won't get any progress in career at Elsevier.

Thanks for your review. Many people of colour have been working and thriving for many years in our organization. While we take your review seriously, we would like to delve more into the issues highlighted in it. Our recent employee opinion survey shows strong positive momentum in how people experience working with us, but that may not be the case here. We want to ensure that Elsevier is where all employees trust leaders and feel supported by our HR team. We want our organization to continue to be an excellent place for all our people to work, where our employees feel valued and have equal opportunities. If you prefer, feel free to contact us at elseviergdrev@elsevier.com to provide more information. Again, thanks for your review.

Pros

Team was highly collaborative and passionate about the product and client engagements

Cons

Shifting of priorities in clinical solutions was often "on a dime" and lacked clarification to effected teams when resources were diverted. This happened quite often. Also, when the product is branded "business as usual" it became very difficult to obtain resources since growth was not expected. You often did more with less.
