Pros

Tons of flexibility and travel if you like that. Good management at the VP and Regional Manager Level especially in Sales. Customer relationships are key, so if you like people and do a lot of relationship selling this is a great place to work.

Cons

New MD on Sales side has changed comp plans and as we all know, compensation drives behavior. Upper management and CEO seem a bit out of touch with the market. Moving away from trying to understand customer needs and more into product focused selling.
