Pros

- Work personnel are great people - Daily tasks are manageable - Hybrid/Fully remote work available

Cons

- Tech support for Hardware/Software issues is 3rd party and very poor/ almost non-existent and has no knowledge of necessary industry related tools. Can be very frustrating and at times TechDesk tickets won't be resolved for MONTHS if at all.
