Pros

Colleagues are amazing. It's remote work and a lot of flexibility. The job itself is fun.

Cons

Lower end of the pay scale. Office politics is very real.

Pros

Good people, good clients, interesting work, travel to international sales conference is cool, good work/life balance

Cons

Company is not US-focused or sales-focused. It's a finance organization. Customer Success function is deeply flawed, and management won't fix it. This is the only place I've ever worked where you have to fight to make sure you're being paid correctly since they are deliberately opaque with commissions.
