Pros

A positive work environment with okay coworkers. They make a decent effort to adapt to remote work conditions. Your experience in this job largely depends on your initiative—you have the opportunity to thrive and even earn promotions if you're motivated.

Cons

It used to be quite manageable, but now, every month they add new responsibilities, and it's becoming increasingly stressful. It seems they don't fully understand the challenges of juggling everything simultaneously. Furthermore, their expectations for goals are unrealistic, and they consistently raise them every three months.

Pros

- Expectations of work quality are so low - Work-life balance

Cons

- Management on the Corporate Markets side still base their decision-making on sales and marketing models from the 90s - No strategy nor system in place for how to manage the business - Utter lack of professionalism is the norm. - No talent management at all levels - Silo mentality is not only rife, but actively advertised with little regard for the business - Low pay (commensurate with ability of most employees)
