Great work life balance. 37.5 hour work week.

Cons

They have been systematically eliminating the Maryland Heights office, moving jos to the Philippines since 2014.

For full time employees, there are 35 hour work weeks. They are generally pretty good at allowing you to only work those hours. 401K vest fully after 3 years
